These are required for the safety of all participants. Inability to complete these steps may disqualify you from volunteering. We may request additional information as needed to compelte these steps.

Info we need for CORI check

If your application is approved, we will run a background check using Checkr and a CORI search in Massachusetts. You will upload a photo selfie and the front and back of your driver's license through the secure Checkr portal. We will use those documents to confirm your identity and then run a CORI after signing and dating the CORI Acknowledgement Form. Instructions will come after completion of application.
